Steven Ellison fic

I'm looking for a fic I read a long time ago, and I cannot remember its name or who wrote. I'll probably facepalm when I realise what it is.
Here goes: It was either gen or pre-slash, it was written in Steven's POV, the story took place after the dissertation fiasco, and Jim was having a meal with his father and brother at a nice restaurant, Blair's name was a bit taboo so they didn't talk about him. I remember that Steven was both a little jealous and in awe of his big brother who always seemed larger than life, Jim orders mussels which he found a bit spicy, anyway a lot of people began getting sick in the restaurant, the mussels weren't fresh and Jim has a severe allergic reaction and asks his family to get him to Blair. Blair takes care of Jim and since he had been running, he asks Steven if he can take care of Jim, as Steven freaks out, Blair tells him to either pull it together or to leave because Jim doesn't need someone freaking out, Steven decides to stay.
It was also mentioned I think that William used to have enhanced senses but he ignored them and they eventually left which is why he acted this way with Jim when he was a kid.
That's all I can think of, I hope someone knows what I'm talking about. :)
