Sentinel/Stargate crossover

I forgot the title or if I ever saved the fic to my computer.

Cloaked Atlantis lands on Earth in Frisco Bay (I think) but Jim with his Sentinel sight tells Blair that Jim can see a city out in the water and they row out to Atlantis breaching security.

Help!
