Blair builds a garden

Hi! I read a story a long time where Blair was trying to build a rooftop garden for Jim and he can't finish it in time. Jim comes home and is upset at the amount of dirt and mud in the apartment until he realizes what Blair is up to and they plan to finish together. I thought I had saved but I can't find it anywhere...
