I can only remember the ending of this one...
Jim is in an (I think) abandoned mental facility/hospital with at least 2 other Sentinels. One of which is a young girl. I think her guide ends up being an EMT. I'm pretty sure they use their spirit animals to hold off the bad guy.
If anyone actually gets this one I will be in awe of your skills.
