Blair Leaves Police Academy----Found!
I'm looking for a lost-bookmark story, no idea of title or author: Blair is being harrassed and abused at the Academy: Jim pretty much tells him to "live with it" and isn't very nice. Blair leaves Academy,Jim and Cascade behind. He ends up in another seriously corrupt city. I remember he lived in a basement (?) filled with computers and stuff, getting evidence of the corruption; and he has some kind of code name (The Owl?). Jim is sent to that city to get information. Does that ring a bell for anyone?
