Bonding Fic

I've been going through the tags for the past few days, but I can't find this fic. Basically Blair says to Jim in order to stabilise their bond that they need to have sex. Jim is reluctant and pushes Blair away. I remember Blair gave Jim a load of lists, including files of potential new guides.
