Crossover Stargate Daniel/Jim, and Daniel/Jim/Blair

I'm new here and found this comm' when i was searching for a fic crossover.
When Blair was out of the town, Jim meet Daniel from SG 1 at the airport. Daniel was really unhappy and lost: Jack had panicked and kicked him when Daniel confess.
Jim bring Daniel back to the loft, and then Blair come back and he's jealous, and they finally have a threesome. (I think)
At the end of the fic, Jack came to bring Daniel back to the SGC and Jim and Blair are together.
Is this familiar to somebody?
