Jim dying, Blair returns

This takes place after TSbBS. Blair is a cop but Jim blows up once too often and Blair departs. Simon has been promoted and a Captain Reston has taken his place. Reston is not too happy with Jim and puts him on medical leave. Jim goes downhill fast and Simon goes to Joel to find out where Sandburg went.  Sandburg is in South America (I think) and Joel goes and tells him that Jim is dying. Has a happy ending where Jim recovers and announces to the world that he is a sentinel.
