Looking for Recs: Senses Make Sex difficult/bad for Jim

So there are a lot of fic's out there that say the senses make jim enjoy sex more, or better at it. How about the reverse?  He zones out on little details, he's grossed out by something that he focuses on, he can't dial it down so sex is painful becuase he is sensitized? How does he deal with it? Or doesn't he until blair finds out?

I am a huge Jim/Blair slash fan so  I would perfer stories that end with that relationship.
