Blair with head injury?

Blair is injured (Don't remember how) and he does not speak and also has a problem with the written word. Jim gives him a pad and pencil and he draws figures etc to communicate with others. I believe this is an AU, I don't remember if Jim is a Sentinel in this one or not, I don't believe he works for the CPD, maybe he works for his father? Anyway Blair does a drawing of Megan and others and he is very good at it. He ends up doing illustrations for Dr Stoddards new book. I don't remember if this is slash or gen.
Does anyone recognize this story?
I really need to find some way to organize by bookmarks so I can find what I am looking for.
