I'm remembering a story that is NOT Dasha's Clinging to the Wheel, though I thought it was.
Genre: Gen (I'm pretty sure, but maybe not.)
Premise: Jim and Blair have died and been reincarnated, with knowledge of who they are. They manage to find each other each time, but there's a major mis-match in their ages; one is very young and one much older. They go through several "cycles" before they finally meet at ages that are appropriate for each other. The end.
And yes, that sounds like Dasha's story, but I'm remembering a scene that hers doesn't have -- One is very old (grandfather age, or even great-grandfather) and the other is a schoolboy that hangs out with him. That's the only scene I can remember that makes the story NOT "Clinging to the Wheel". So... can anyone help?
