party for Blair after 'Golden'
Looking for a story that takes place after the Golden incident. It's Blair's first day back at the station and some of the cops throw a little party for him. They present him with a medal for defending the station that's actually a gold foil ashtray strung with a ribbon. He's given a gift of 'ancient Chinese blend' tea with is just store bought 'Lipton' by an Asian cop; Blair thanks him in Chinese and he answers with "De nada." To help protect the station from further attack from 'golden fire people' they give Blair a water pistol. When he asks what everyone else will use, they pull out several super soakers and bombard him. Blair is loving it, but Jim is insulted and upset. The last straw is when Blair offers Simon an apple and he asks for a Golden Delicious. Blair has to explain to Jim that the other cops aren't laughing at him, but they have accepted him and are laughing with him, just as they would do with a fellow cop.
