Sentinel Blair?

Any fics where it's Blair as the Sentinel, but still an anthropologist, and Jim as the Guide, but still a cop, with all his same background?

Doesn't it make more sense that the Guide would be able to Guard while the Sentinel is doing his thing?  Anything along those lines?

Jim/Blair or gen is fine.  Not sure what to tag this.

ETA: I'm looking for Sentinel!Blair where he already knows what he is, and Guide!Jim where he doesn't.
