Bonding fic with Megan as extinct 'anchor'

I'm looking for a Jim/Blair bonding.  Everyone always thought Megan was not sensitive, when Blair meets her he discovers Megan is some kind of anchor that hasn't been seen in centuries. They talk by holding wrists and no one understands them. Jim is jealous.
