Blair helps hospital patients in secret

I'm not sure if this is a gen or slash story since I read both. What I remember is, that Blair sometimes gets a feeling that he needs to go to the hospital. It's always late at night and in secret (from the public, not nurses) he helps some of the patients to live. One night, he is called to help Jim's dad. Jim doesn't know about this aspect of Blair.
