Blair sick in the rain

For some reason, I've been thinking about this story that I read years ago, and I have absolutely no idea where to find it. I'm not sure if it was gen or slash, but gen seems more likely. What I remember was that Blair was at his office at Rainier after hours or on the weekend or something. He wasn't feeling well, and when he was leaving he got caught in the rain, and then he was locked out of his car--left his keys in the building or something? He ended up calling Jim, and as I remember it he was in pretty bad shape by the time Jim got there.

Anybody else remember this story? I'd love to read it again.
