This takes place in canon time frame. Blair is a famous anthropologist who has discovered sentinels and helps them pair up with guides. Now he's coming back to Cascade but his life is being threatened.

Jayed has two series, but they are both marked as In Progress so I don't know if they are complete enough to read as I don't start WIPs any longer. The synopsis for each is at her site. One is called the Relative series and the other is For a Male Guide. Both are gen.

I believe I've read most of hers but it was so long ago I can't tell you the gist of them. I don't believe I've read Calia's series either. The rest I've read and enjoyed and that's saying a lot, since I generally don't care for bonding or "sentinels are known" stories.
