Blair w/ a kink

This is my first time posting to this community and I'm relatively new to this fandom so please take care of me! :D

I'm looking for a specific fic. I think Jim and Blair had an established relationship and one day Jim comes back with a new hair cut, think it's a buzz cut or something. Blair is fascinated w/ the new short hair and kinds out he has a thing about touching it.
