So I just finished reading 'Past Life Regression' by Sassy Ink Pen (linked below), which I was gonna come here asking about but found myself by happy accident (and don't you just love those). And I'm just wondering if any other stories like this exist. Where Blair kind of goes through a retrogression to remind himself that he's not 'just a cop' now

You might also try Polly Bywater's Sequel of Obligation series. Especially the first story where Blair has been a cop for a couple of years but things are still tense with Jim. He's questioning what he's doing with his life when Incacha visits him on the spirit plane and asks him to tread a different path. It's a slash crossover with the X-Files.

Maaaaa's Floater series has Jim and Blair relocating to live with the Chopec. It's never explained how far in the future it is or whether Blair became a cop before the start of the stories, but I really like the breezy loving future the two share.
