specific kid!fic

A friend and I were talking about kid!fic in various fandoms, and it made her think "there was one in The Sentinel that was wonderful too." Her recollection: "The premise was that an old girlfriend of Blair's got pregnant and dumped the kid on him and left. The child was a little girl and was toddler age when Blair got custody. I can't remember if Blair and Jim were already together or not when the story started, but it was all very gritty and realistic: Blair struggled with having a toddler and being a single parent, not romantic or schmoopy at all."

Any thoughts? (Of course even if a story isn't the exact one she's thinking of, recs for any good J/B kid!fics that aren't overly schmoopy will be welcome.)
