J/B kidnapped by military

I feel like I'm going crazy and have spent the better part of the day searching for this story. I'm pretty sure it was a series, a lot happens and I think it's all in the one story. Jim and Blair were taken and Jim was forced back into the military. Blair is made to watch Jim kill people and they almost die on a training run. It had an appearance by Marko Ramius, a really nice nurse who got them great food, Blair developed his Shaman powers, they end up with SG1 somehow and I think there's a whole lot of sentinels and they end up in a big circle where Jim proves he's the alpha sentinel. I'm fairly certain the last part is in an abandoned army base.

Can someone please tell me this is all one fic, who wrote it and where I can find it? I would be most appreciative.
