Evil magician from Blair's past
This is an older story. Jim and Blair visit a carnival that Blair used to work with so he knows the people. A magician with the group hypnotizes people to rob their own businesses and give him the loot. They don't remember doing it, so no one can figure out who the thief is or how the thief got inside.
Does anyone recognize this?
ETA: Looks like I'm remembering two stories here and mixing them together. The carnival part is from virtual season Faux Paws episode FPP-604 titled 'Howling Wolf'.

I'm sure I read another story where someone hypnotizes people to rob their own businesses and give him the loot. I remember Jim catching the man outside the store of the latest victim. Any ideas?
