I know that I know that I'm going to kick myself when I figure out which fic this is, but for the life of me I can't seem to find it.
It starts out with Blair waking up plastered against a taller person's back. He thinks at first that it is a female basketball player that he sometimes goes out with, but soon realizes that it is Jim.
