TS/Pretender crossover

i can't for the life of me remember where and when i read this, and i checked the tags with no luck so i'm hoping someone will recognise it and point me in the right direction so i can read this great story again. in this fic blair somehow ends up in peru where jim is living with chopec and has for most of his life. he brings jim back to the u.s. and gives a lecture at ranier about jim's abilities, sentinels, etc. after the lecture jack kelso tears blair a new one for being selfish, arrogant, and unprofessional (disregarding professional ethics by putting a research subject at risk). it comes out that jim was kidnapped by the center when he was little, and trained as an assasin. he was eventually rescued when he was 12 or 13 (?) and sent to peru to live under the center's radar but since blair exposed him the center wants jim back and sends lyle and eventually ms. parker to retrieve him.  so ring any bells? any other ts/pretender x-over recs are welcome too! thanks!!
