LFS: Hypnosis while out of town

Hi all. I'm looking for a Jim/Blair fic where they're out of town, maybe at a conference? with Rafe and Brown. H and Rafe convince Blair to cross dress and Jim to be hypnotized. Under hypnosis Jim proposes to a very drunk in drag Blair. The others take them to a wedding chapel where they go through with it. In the morning, when Jim's himself and Blair's sobering up I believe they have sex before the guys "wake" them for breakfast. Jim decides, despite it not being legal, to let the marriage stand.
