Blair/Joel
As usual, I could swear I had this one bookmarked and, of course, can't find it. I've wasted spent way too much time re-reading other fic looking for this one.
Here's the details: Blair is feeling taken for granted at the PD. (I really thought "for granted" had something to do with the title but I could just be dreaming) When they need help he's one of them but anytime there's something fun he's "NOT A COP". Blair gets fed up and eventually moves out. Joel comes looking for him and they wind up as a couple. Jim eventually realizes what he's lost.
Along this same line, any Blair + Joel fic recs would be very welcome!
