Jim hypnotized...
The story I'm thinking about has Jim dating a woman who wanted to prove to Jim he could be hypnotized. Jim didn't believe her so while he's under she plants a command to happen when he hears a phone ring. It didn't work out as she planned, cause when Jim hears a phone ring he'd grab Blair and kiss him...in the middle of the bullpen.
