Looking for Sentinel/Charmed/X-Men crossover

Blair is a witch or has powers.He and Jim get together on a murder case which involves the victim being killed before he or she gets to meet and bond with their sentinel or guide.The charmed ones know Blair and are trying to help. They protect a woman, that is actually one of the killers, and she gets her hands on another sentinel and blinds him
