Major crimes was playing a drinking game "I Never". Each player was to say something they never did. (I never owned a dog. I never played tennis.) Everyone who did own a dog or played tennis had to take a drink.

Blair put on the spot, hesitated till Jim leaned over to kiss him complaining "I was getting thirsty" So both Blair, Jim (and Megan) drank without revealing anything that may embarrass Blair.
