Looking for fic

AU, GDP verse.

I could be looking for two different stories here so I will give the highlights that I remember.

Blair and Alex are 'siblings' of a sort. Alex is in a hospice and Blair goes to visit her. But he is assigned to Jim, and Jim follows him to find out what he does once a month or however long he does this. I know that Blair is hurting, and he's cold-hearted. Jim isn't so happy with the arrangement either.

There was something else about another Sentinel hurting Blair. Jim and his superior are very pissed about this and Blair has to try and act as if it doesn't really hurt that badly to him. (This is one I think is a totally diff story, but I still want to read it as well.)

Any ideas? I can tell you which ones it isn't, but I can't tell you which it IS!
