I read 'Learning Love' and was wondering what other stories are there in which they know they love each other but for whatever reason don't act on it immediately.

ETA: I remebered what I was looking for with this request: Jim and Blair are on a stake out in an apartment and Simon comes to meet them, sees them together and realizes they love eachother. He confronts Jim and he and Blair explain why they aren't 'together' yet.
