Naomi not Blair's mother

All these requests for stories about Blair's father have got me wanting to reread a story about Naomi kidnapping Blair as a baby. He accidently discovers that his real family is Catholic and I think Naomi was his baby sitter. A rabbi gives him moral support when he talks to Naomi on the phone and then comes with him to the station when he tells Jim and Simon about it. The family comes to Cascade and he learns that he has a couple of younger sisters.

Does anyone know the title to this story? Also I'm interested in any other stories where Naomi is not his real mother.
