Hi... *waves* been quite some time huh... 
Im back now with a name change also... Formerly phoenix_risen_, considering my life changes sentinel seems more appropriate now.

So what's been happening people? I'm a dad.. Of 2.

Olivia, 5. Beautiful and a bugger.
Cameron,  3. My shadow and also a bugger.
