Call Centered-ness
I have been working as a part time call center agent for almost two weeks already. It is stressful especially when your phone automatically routes calls to you call after call!
I had around 15 calls today averaging about 30 minutes each, I should really not put them yankees on hold for too long.
They're generally nice and sorta have the same attitude. They all sound alike, their accent and slur. There would only be a tinge of difference with their voice pitch.
I'll be waking up at 4:30 am again tomorrow, just a few more days and it would be payday.
