In P3P you can choose between Elizabeth and Theodore (The dude) if you choose to play as a girl. Apparently being an attendant in the Velvet Room is come kind of family business. Margret is presumably very disappointed in both her younger siblings seeing as how they kind of run off to do their own ~THING~ and leave her with the job sometime before Persona 4.

UH, AS I UNDERSTAND IT, YOU CAN DATE: Shinjiro (The dude in the beanie and the coat), Akihiko (Boxing dude), Ryoji (Words cannot describe Ryoji, and that's really not a good thing), Theodore (BELLBOY DUDE), and Ken....the little dude. :|

You can't date Junpei though, which makes sense since he does have a canonical love which is important to his plot but IF YOU CAN DATE KEN YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DATE JUNPEI.

YEAH, YOU CAN DATE RYOJI. HE'S APPARENTLY HIGH MAINTENANCE.
Although you can mess up his Social Link if you miss any chance of hanging out with him a day in November. Shinji is pretty tough too, or so I've heard.

Although he kind of does that in Minato's route too. Also his ring doesn't have any special powers like all the rings some Personas give you.

Yeah it's the same. Except that the Rank 10, or at least from what I've seen in Minato's route, are a bit more...well, the fact that Marvin Gaye doesn't literally start playing is only because of copyright issues. Supposedly it's the same for Minako, so Ryoji should probably just bring his Hello Kitty boombox with a Marvin Gaye CD to save some time.
