I have not slept at all. I tried everything...but it just wasn't going to happen.

Work today will be interesting.

Is it the weather? It's rubbish here at the moment - it really needs to rain but it won't - and I haven't slept properlay in a whole week now. We can be tired and unfocused together *hugs*

I'll see your week and raise you to two and a half. :)

It does seem to be as this horrible summery weather started that my sleep has just gone down the pan. Its not that I can't get to sleep, I just can't stay asleep. :( Still, I should be thankful its not "no sleep at all".

*hugs to sentientfiction*

Yes...I've been waking lots recently too, but still sleeping usually. It was a weird feeling literally being awake all night.

I've done it for a couple of hours before but never for a whole night. It is kind of weird feeling that you should be falling asleep but for some reason you aren't... Given for me *not* falling asleep is usually the hard bit insomnia is just plain weird. :)

I think there's something in the air - I've been sleeping really badly lately too. All that humid air. Also the Children of Evil have been particularly bad recently.

Yes, I've been hearing the CoE more recently...they must be awful so close to your bedroom.

I haven't been back at the gym yet but will be in the not too distant future. Tiring myself out like that might help, I always did sleep well after working out.

I always have a high caffeine intake...I constantly drink sweet black tea I fondly refer to as 'pep'...probably doesn't help but it has never kept me up all night before, and I haven't been drinking more than usual. The wine is good suggestion, but alas it tends to give me really bad hangovers even in small quantities.

I'm glad you're experiencing good sleep, you seem to be in the minority at the moment.
