So I started looking at Rose Lalonde cosplays with thoughts vaguely along the lines of, well, if I just made an awesome black skirt for myself, and then the shirt happened to follow, all I'd have to do is make a pink undershirt and sash and then it's just a wig between me and perfection and no one could blame me. And next thing I knew somehow I'd sketched out the components for a Peregrine Mendicant costume instead? And then found myself thinking seriously about how one best mounts troll horns on to headbands? And, er, basically Homestuck makes me want to sew like nothing has for a very, very long time.  I  guess I know what I'm doing for Hallowe'en this year, even if no one else around here will get it.

(Pst, pellucere, there are ~conventions~ in a certain large city, to which one could wear a ~costume~, I'm just sayin'...)
