Because our last post has reached 700 comments which is frankly unbelievable, but since the drabble bug still seems to be biting a few people, here we have Round II Part 2. Feel free to post new drabbles here instead, rather than wade through the last post

Sure, everyone she'd met here was cool, and she even had someone who raised seeing eye dogs that had hooked her up with a newer dog (as much as she loved Geo, he was old, and college would've killed him).
But there were just certain days where she wanted to shoot something. And she was blind.
Today happened to be one of those days.
She was at lunch with her 'posse'---Anko and Reno were busy being pervs at each other, Beat was being an idiot (but a fun one!), Gin was flirting with Shinjiro (poor guy), and Yuri was annoying Deli. She didn't know where Souji'd gone off to.
Delita was trying his hardest to ignore the chaos around him, but after Reno had managed to find away to make rider goggles kinky, the fencer groaned.
"God, why me?"
"Because, Heiral, you piss me off."
The voice came from no where, and sounded suspiciously like Souji. Delita dropped his books in a panic and ran off (Beat told her later her looked paler than paper). Probably to pray or something. (But wait. Wasn't he agnostic?)
A few minutes later, Toph heard Souji approach. "Where's Delita?" he asked innocently.
Somehow, Toph knew he had a smirk on his face.

Trufax: when my mom was in college, a friend of hers constantly said "Oh God, why me?" whenever something happened. One day, big scary biker/'Nam vet friend went off, and since the cafeteria had great acoustics, scared her by going up to the second floor and saying "Because you piss me off."
She never said it after that.
(also forgive me if Deli's OOC)

Souji was an HOUR late.
Of all the people on his ship, except perhaps Uni or Naoto, Yuri had always had the lest concerns about Seta’s work ethic. He was always on time and worked hard. But Yamamoto was still waiting for his relief at the helm, and Souji was no where to be found. And Yuri was not amused.
The Captain stalked through the ship, axe on his shoulder, getting more and more annoyed (and slightly worried, not that he was going to say anything about THAT) as he went. Eventually his search led him to the deck. The sky was clear. Hardly a cloud in the sky…
And a single black feather flittered down, landing in his hair.
Yuri plucked it free, staring at it. The feather was huge… no bird he knew of had wings that big. A monster? He looked around, expecting ann attack… only to have another feather flutter down from the crows nest. With a snarl he made his way over, climbing the latter. The last thing he needed was giant monster birds roosting on his ship!
What he found was SOME kind of roosting, to be sure. But not what he expected.
Instead, he found one Souji Seta, half naked and tangled in his own fishing line, looking ravaged and flustered… and grinning like a fool. Along with two very attractive young women. Said women were in even less dress then Souji, and had huge black wings from their backs. When the women saw him they squealed, looking more amused then scared before flying away in another burst of feathers.
Yuri glared down at the pilot, frowning.
“Now Captain-san… you know this isn’t the worst thing you caught me doing~”
There was really no arguing with that.

Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well tried before you give them your confidence. True friendship is a plant of slow growth, and must undergo and withstand the shocks of adversity before it is entitled to the appellation. --George Washington

Millie didn't have many friends.
As sad and surprising it may seem, it was true. Millie was nice and friendly to everyone, certainly, but she could count on one hand her real friends.
First was Meryl from the Society. She was her best friend.
Next was Larsa. He was so nice and polite to everyone, it was hard not to be friends with him!
Third was Mr. Francis, though she still wasn't sure what their relationship was, exactly.
Then there was Miss Susan. She was very smart, and her grandfather was very funny!
And last was her friend from school, who had gone into the convent.
Mother had always told Millie to be nice and polite to everyone, unless they harmed her first, but to be careful when she was making friends. Some people would take her gentleness and her general easygoing behavior and try to use her and abuse her. Millie couldn't let them do that.
So Millie took her mother's advice to heart, and was very careful with her friends.
