I missed putting a bunch of workouts on here, but I'm back :)
Yesterday - Upper body weights, 18 minutes on the treadmill (2 minutes at 6.0, 13 minutes at 6.8, 3 minutes cooldown), 17 minutes on the elliptical.
Took a walk with chris, drank a bottle of wine, had a wonderful evening!
Tonight I don't know if I'm working out or not. I don't feel very well.
