Saturday's run was pretty easy. 6 miles, I finished it in under an hour. Sunday I counted walking around at Grand old days for 3 hours as cross training. It doesn't matter that it included beer ;)

Unfortunately I burnt my back and neck and shoulders while we were out on Sunday. It HURTS! I'm glad Monday was a scheduled rest day. I was able to lift Monday, but I'm really worried about running tonight. I don't think I can put on a sports bra, it would rub the burn too much. I don't want to start skipping days already :(

Hopefully it will feel better by this evening. My goal is to run my 3 miles. And then hang out with Jessa.
