former soft communism anyone?

we took a trip to some of former yugoslavia (slovenia, croatia, montenegro, bosnia-herzegovina) last september. for some reason i've been avoiding getting my photos rounded up and prepared for viewing. i think i felt like the magic would slip away from me if i looked at them, like they were a far away memory.

i haven't posted them because i also realize that other people's vacation photos can be boring. but hey, how many people have been there? :P

is anyone interested in seeing photos? if so i'd love to start sharing them. :D
