ok. as youve probably seen i have a bit of thing for the old building stuff.

so i thought id do a wee post about the hill of tara.

For those of you not in the know, the hill of tara was the political capital of ireland with varying significance untill the 12th century. the complexity of its history is too long to go into here without boring the shit

Yeah, there's really no way around it..that's about as phallic as it gets.

Mead is good but, it's easier to drink more because it goes down so well, I'm not entirely sure this is a bad thing.

Good for you :) I drank incredibly cheap beer last night because it was all there was, and I woke up feeling like I'd been hit by a truck. I think what kills me the most is the whole time I'm drinking it, I was thinking.."this sucks.." but..that did not stop me from drinking it.
