Wh*re House Chapter 9
Missed the mark by half an hour. Damn. Oh well, here's chapter 9.

Usagi was confused; she was waiting for Minako to come to the door, but instead, Rei had been the one to knock. Rei had never been in Minako's room before, so how did she get in without a fight happening beforehand? Surely Usagi would have heard the altercation. And where did Minako go?
"Rei," Usagi started quietly, "why are you in Minako's room? I thought you were her. I'm sorry about the kiss; I wouldn't have done it had I known it was you. Please don't get upset."
It was a little too late for that. "MINAKO! Get back in here! NOW!" The blond in question slowly peeked her head in the doorway, but made no move to enter the room.
"Rei, do you have any idea what time it is? People are still trying to sleep! Keep your voice down!"
"Don't tell me to keep my voice down! What in the hell have you been teaching Usagi at night?! Why in the hell is she naked in your room? And kissing like that! I'll have your neck, you leacherous--"
"Rei," Usagi's soft voice cut off Rei's rant immediately. "Don't be mad at Minako. It was my fault."
Rei took a moment to look at the blond in her arms. She was as beautiful as ever, but missing her smile. She needed that. Rei would have to stop yelling for the time being; she'd deal with Minako later. "I'm sorry, Usa. I was just concerned. Minako told me you were looking for me last night. What did you need?"
"I had a dream..."
"...ok, Usa. What else?"
"There was a guy in it. He was so hot!" Usagi dismissed that thought when she saw the whithering look Rei gave her. "Anyway, he was calling out to me; he called me, 'Serenity'. He had on a white mask, and he was wearing a black tuxedo. He had a red rose in his hand, and he reached out to me.
"I reached out to him as well, and I started flying through the air to meet him. But before his hand could touch mine, I woke up. I wouldn't have been looking for you just to tell you that, though. I've had this dream every single night this month. I think it means something important, Rei. I'm just not sure what."
"Well, do you think you've seen the guy before? Or have you ever been called 'Serenity' before? And for that matter, why were you dreaming about guys in the first place? Minako, if you've--"
"Rei! I already told you that Minako has nothing to do with this! Stop picking fights with her. I don't like it and you know it!"
Rei flushed. "Sorry, Usa. I don't know what to make of your dream, though. Is there anything else you can remember about it?"
"Ummm," Usagi thought about it, and said, "it was nighttime; we were outside, and I could see the Earth in the sky. I think we were on the moon. Before I started flying, I was on a balcony. That's all I remember, though."
"Hmm. I'll think about it. For now I'm going to sleep. I'm tired. Good night, Usa. Minako."
Rei started out the door, but stopped when Usagi called her. "Rei, please don't stay out all night. Minako worries about you when you do." Minako gaped; Rei snorted. "It's true, Rei! Why do you think I stayed in here last night with her? I wanted to make sure she didn't go sit in the kitchen all night waiting for you to come home, but she snuck off when I fell asleep, apparently."
Minako, embarrassed, ran out of the room, and Rei, confused, went to her room to go to sleep. She knew Usa was telling the truth, but why would Minako care enough to wait up for her every night? There was the matter of figuring out Usagi's dream as well. Rei would think about it when she awoke. For now, she needed sleep.
She slept, but she did not rest at all.
