It seems that neither of Minako's parents are home right now, which is a great relief to the young girl because it means that she's able to play her music very loudly. And she does.
Despite dancing around her room while getting ready to go out with her friends, Minako's thoughts are preoccupied, as they have been for months, with trying to figure out exactly how her parents had survived the attack on Tokyo and why they hadn't mentioned anything to her about it at all. Minako scoops all her gear into her purse (disguise pen, Sailor V compact, henshin pen and her magic pen) and wanders into her living room, still bopping her head to the music.
