Things I did today:
Failed at the new plan I made for shoes.
Panicked over not having shoes to make the feet the old way.
Realized I hated Houndoom's feet, and tore those apart.
Formed Oki's feet out of those shoes and some foam.
Made claws for Oki's feet.
Finished hand paws.
Attached neck flaps to head.
Attached collar piece to suit.
Tore out Oki's old eyes and gave him new ones.
Pulled out Oki's top fangs, because they were hindering jaw movement and just generally looked a bit odd in his face.
Things left to do:
Attach red markings to ankles and wrists.
Install claws to feet paws and fur them.
Tail/belt rig.
Zipper/any snaps.
I'm aiming to attach the ankle and wrist markings, and perhaps the belt loops, before I go to bed. But for now, I'm on a break. Either way, he should be done by tomorrow, give or take the zipper (I'm really nervous about attaching it D: ).
So that means tomorrow is feet paws and zipper and testing it all out. Photoshoot for Chess either tomorrow after noon (if there's time?) or perhaps Friday (if that's not too late)?
Uuugh. I saw him yesterday, and I already miss him. :< It's just so nice laying in the grass with him and watching the clouds go by..
