(no subject)
So a few days ago I finally got off my ass and drew this thing that's been chewing on my brain since I first got Shindowns' Sound of Madness CD. For some reason the chorus of Sound of Madness and all of The Crow and The Butterfly just put this image in my head of a wolf playing the piano really emotionally. I was bored, was listening to the CD again, and said fuck it, might as well give it a shot. I found a ref pic online to use for the hands and body positioning and took it from there. Laid down the base colors the next day, and then possibly finished it today. I'll go back and look at it again tomorrow and see if I missed anything. I'll probably try and do something more with the background. It's pretty pathetic right now.
In news that confuses my brain, I got a review on a story on FF.net I wrote when I WAS FOUR-TEEN. Then came to find it had 11 hits this month. What the shit is that about? The reviewer wanted me to update it really badly. I loled, because it's been four years, and I totally lost the next chapter to that story two computers ago. :/
I made a paw/arm for my fursona suit today. I'm not sure I like how it came out. My houndoom paws don't fold as much when I relaxe my fingers, which may just be because they are really too small, but it still bothers me. I might need to modify my paw template some more. And get some shitty fabric to test it on a few more times. I have a bunch of black fabric left and everything, but I'd still like to not waste it on testing.
Goals for the future: Fangs from Dnash, commission a fursuit. SAVE YOUR FUCKING MONEY AND DOOOO IT. IT WILL MAKE YOU HAAAAAPPYYYY. Honest, it will.
I've really been thinking about tattoos the past few days. I know I'll get the phi-paw, probably on my ankle or some where else that's easy to hide. But I also really want life sized leopard prints on my shoulder blades, like one pounced me from behind. But flat black paw prints it so boring, ya know? So I was thinking it'd get leopard print in the shape of paw prints. But then I know I'd want to get more leopard print. Leopard spots are not really something I feel I could get and not stop getting. I'd probably keep going for years until I had no skin left. D: It's gonna take some thinking about how I want to do those paws...maybe I could get the leopard print, but put a thin outline around them to reign in the spots so I don't go over board on them.
EITHER WAY MY TATTOOS ARE BETTER THAN TASKUS FUCKING GURAN LAGGAN LOGO THING. He's such a fucking nerd. xP But he's my nerd. And we fixed everything that was bothering me last week and had the best make up sex ever. Fer srs. I still have bruises. C:
So tomorrow I need to do laundry, because I sort of wont have any clohtes left if I don't. And I should probably do my art homework at some point too. And by do my art homework I mean totally fabricate a pepper on a plate, because I'm not buying a pepper just to draw it. And sitting on the floor at Stop and Shop drawing a pepper would probably be pretty strange. >_>
I want to do an oil painting, but I have no idea what of. I just got so used to painting, I love it so much. But now I sort of have no real reason to, nor do I have time or even any idea in my head of what to paint. I just....want to.
It's midnight and I should go to sleep. But it's midnight and that just got The Crow and the Butterfly stuck in my head again. Fucker...
I'm up to date on Questionable Content. I don't know what to do with myself anymore when I'm bored now. :<
