Firefly / Pendulum cradle fail
While raising the last section of the pendulum cradle at firefly one of the legs buckled causing a rather spectacular chain of failures that resulted in a rather large pile of firewood. Sad as I was really looking forward to seeing it lit up at night. I think I will build a new cradle next year out of aluminum. The bright side of this is that I get my summer back. As much as I was enjoying the art building frenzy, I am liking having my schedule for summer opened back up again. Yay! I don't HAVE to go to burning man this year!
