on wedding gifts...
I'm busy lately.
Work. Wedding stuff. emergency room visits...ya know... the norm.
Let me begin by saying that you don't really have to get me ANYTHING for my wedding. I feel really weird going "We're celebrating our love! Give us stuff!" We kinda have all the stuff that we need...I'd love to have a couple of select friends from the Seattle area in Michigan with us for the wedding. That would really be the coolest wedding present ever.
at my (fabulous, awesome, helpful)Mom's request, we registered today.
at Target.
I'm pretty sure their motto is "Target ClubWed- because you have to register SOMEWHERE!"
I think we might have registered for "Cheetos"
we registered for a probably-really-weird assortment of things.
we don't really need any of them. If you must get us something, I'd rather have cash.
wedding etiquette says that you're not supposed to say that, but I generally believe that honesty is the best policy.
We don't really want to have to stay at Motel 6 for our honeymoon, ya know?
