Step Fifty
After the Iron Chef competition Saturday, I am officially stuffed. I don't think I've ever eaten that much in my life...and I won't be looking at another apple for a very long time. Taka, your little sister is absolutely adorable!
I think I'm ready for my exams, but I'm nervous about my interpretation one. I have to give a speech...completely in JSL. So if you see me on campus waving my hands a lot, I'm not crazy; I'm rehearsing. Great timing for exams, though. I'm getting all of my annual workups done at the same time. =( Yuck. I'll never get used to bloodwork.
New Year is coming, looking forward to new possibilities. I'm going home for most of the holidays...despite the fact that I love life down here in Osaka, I miss my family a lot. Well, that and my doctor there needs to run a few tests. Have I mentioned yet how much I hate doctors, hospitals, and the fact that I'm being loaded up with medication?
Oh, and Santa? Please don't get me hot sauce for Christmas. I have more than I know what to do with. =)
That reminds me, I have shopping to do.
Fuji-You were friends with Taka back in school, right? This is probably an odd question, but...is there anything I should know about him?
