So, my apartment is in the middle of a blackout, sorta.
DSL is online, most circuits are offline. And I have a laptop and a UPS powering my router and modem.
Now the power works in one outlet in the kitchen. Other neighboring apartments seems to have similar spotty electricity.
I don't understand why.
And I don't know if I should run an extension cord from my microwave to the UPS.
